Shipping policy

Every order from Maison Antoine Najjar is prepared, checked and packed by our team before it leaves the house. This policy sets out where we deliver, how long it takes, what it costs, and what to do if something is not right.

1. Delivery area

We deliver to every region of Lebanon. At this stage, we do not ship outside Lebanon.

2. Delivery times

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days after confirmation. Official public holidays in Lebanon are not counted as working days.
During busy seasons (Christmas, New Year, Easter, Mother's Day, Eid) or in exceptional circumstances such as weather or road closures, delivery may take longer. If your order is affected, we will contact you.

3. Delivery fees

Delivery starts from $5. The exact fee depends on your address and is shown at checkout, before you confirm your order.
Corporate and large orders are quoted separately.

4. Order confirmation

You receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed.
Our team may call or WhatsApp you to confirm your address or agree a delivery window.
Please give your full address (building, floor and a nearby landmark) and a phone number we can reach. This helps the courier find you the first time.

5. Store pick-up

You can also collect your order from our walk-in store in Bikfaya. Choose "Pick up" at checkout, and we will let you know when your order is ready.

6. Receiving your order

The courier will contact you before arriving.
If no one is available to receive the order, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery.
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is damaged or missing, send us a photo by WhatsApp as soon as possible, and we will make it right.

7. Chocolate and delicate products

Chocolate, dragées and fresh products are sensitive to heat. We pack them to protect them during transport. Please store them in a cool, dry place as soon as they arrive.

8. Orders containing alcohol

Wines and spirits are delivered only to adults aged 18 or over. The courier may ask for identification. If no adult is present to receive the order, the alcohol will not be handed over.

9. Gifts and corporate orders

You can send an order to another address as a gift. Please include the recipient's name and phone number.
For corporate gifts, large orders or deliveries to several addresses, call or WhatsApp +961 71 12 12 55, and we will organise a delivery plan with you.

10. Payment

You can pay by Whish, OMT, or cash on delivery. For cash on delivery, please have the amount ready when the courier arrives.

11. Changes and cancellations

To change your delivery address or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has left the house, changes may no longer be possible.
